- Supervise and develop the procurement team
Requirements
- Relevant degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and real estate development procurement
- Direct experience in major construction projects within Saudi Arabia
- Strong supplier network and effective database
- Preferred certifications: CIPS, CPSM, PMP, Supply Chain Certification
- Experience with ERP systems

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجية المشتريات للمشاريع الإنشائية.
- إدارة عمليات RFQ / RFP وتحليل العروض الفنية والمالية.
- إدارة عقود الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين.
- التفاوض لتحقيق أفضل الأسعار والشروط التعاقدية.
- التنسيق المباشر مع إدارة المشاريع لضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني.
- الإشراف على فريق المشتريات وتطوير أدائه.
المتطلبات
- مؤهل علمي مناسب (إدارة أعمال – هندسة – إدارة سلاسل الإمداد).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشتريات المقاولات و التطوير العقاري.
- خبرة مباشرة في مشاريع إنشائية كبرى داخل المملكة.
- امتلاك شبكة موردين قوية وقاعدة بيانات فعالة.
- شهادات مهنية مفضلة: CIPS – CPSM – PMP – Supply Chain Certification.
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP.
