- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the company
- Conduct field visits to branches to monitor workflows and identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities
- Analyze processes within branches and departments to identify bottlenecks and unnecessary procedures
- Redesign business processes to simplify and reduce time, cost, and waste
- Improve operational processes including pricing, inventory, receiving, stocktaking, sales, and customer service
- Analyze operational problems and find practical, sustainable, data driven solutions
- Build clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance execution efficiency and unify work methods
- Lead improvement projects and measure their impact using clear KPIs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure implementation of best practices and achieve measurable results
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or continuous improvement
- Experience in retail, supermarket, or chain store sector preferred
- Proven experience in simplifying procedures, improving processes, and leading development projects
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and change management skills
- Ability to work in the field and make data driven decisions
