- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة عمليات الاستقطاب والتوظيف بالكامل.
- البحث عن الكفاءات المناسبة عبر منصات التوظيف المختلفة ووسائل البحث الاحترافية.
- إجراء المقابلات الوظيفية وتقييم المرشحين واختيار أفضل الكفاءات.
- بناء قاعدة بيانات قوية للمرشحين المحتملين.
- استخدام استراتيجيات فعّالة للوصول إلى المرشحين المناسبين بسرعة وكفاءة.
- التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لفهم الاحتياجات الوظيفية وتوفير أفضل المواهب.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في مجال HR والتوظيف Recruitment.
- معرفة قوية بـ Talent Acquisition وأساليب استقطاب الكفاءات.
- مهارة عالية في إجراء المقابلات وتقييم المرشحين.
- إجادة استخدام مواقع ومنصات التوظيف مثل LinkedIn وغيرها.
- مهارة عالية في البحث والوصول إلى المرشحين المناسبين ومعرفة أين وكيفية إيجاد الكفاءات المطلوبة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء العلاقات المهنية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف التوظيف.
