About the Role
A specialized restaurant company in Jeddah seeks a Government Relations Specialist to handle government transactions, employee services, and license renewals. Requires 3-5 years of experience in government relations, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
- Represent the company before government entities and regulatory bodies
- Manage and follow up on services for non Saudi employees including iqamas, work visas, exit/reentry, service transfer, and iqama cancellation
- Manage company accounts on government platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Absher Business, Balady, Ministry of Commerce, Hadaf, and others
- Follow up on issuance and renewal of health certificates for workers and complete related regulatory requirements
- Follow up and renew government and operational licenses for branches and ensure compliance with approved regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in government relations
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant government systems and platforms

المهام الرئيسية (Key Responsibilities)
- تمثيل الشركة أمام الجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.
- إدارة ومتابعة خدمات الموظفين غير السعوديين بما يشمل الإقامات، وتأشيرات العمل، والخروج والعودة، ونقل الخدمات، وإلغاء الإقامات.
- إدارة ومتابعة حسابات الشركة على المنصات والبوابات الحكومية مثل قوى، التأمينات الاجتماعية، مقيم، أبشر أعمال، بلدي، وزارة التجارة، هدف، وغيرها.
- متابعة إصدار وتجديد الشهادات الصحية (الكروت الصحية) للعاملين.
- متابعة وتجديد التراخيص الحكومية والتشغيلية للفروع والتأكد من الالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح المعتمدة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة (Qualifications)
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال العلاقات الحكومية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع المطاعم أو الضيافة.
- معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة والمنصات الحكومية ذات العلاقة.
