The position is full-time and based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Prepare lessons and instructional plans suited to student needs.
- Promote Islamic values, principles, and positive behavior among students.
- Use varied and interactive teaching strategies to encourage participation.
- Prepare homework, activities, tests, and ongoing assessments.
- Monitor academic progress and support students who need reinforcement.
- Use modern educational tools and technologies in teaching.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and motivating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the department, administration, and parents.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and professional-development programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Sharia, Islamic Education, or a related field is required.
- Prior Islamic Studies teaching experience is required, with primary-school experience preferred.
- Knowledge of curricula and modern teaching strategies is required.
- Classroom-management and effective student-interaction skills are required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, technology, and educational-platform skills are required.
- Professional conduct and compliance with school policies are required.
- Private-school experience is preferred.
