Job Summary

  • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the full oversight of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing and coordinating daily restaurant operations to ensure work efficiency; ensuring implementation of quality and food safety standards; monitoring execution of approved policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Training and evaluating employee performance; allocating tasks to staff and ensuring correct execution; motivating employees and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and securing positive feedback; handling complaints and resolving issues quickly; enhancing customer experience to ensure repeat visits.
  • Financial Management: Preparing budgets and controlling costs; monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure target profits; managing inventory and monitoring raw material levels.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Enhancing the restaurant's social media presence and attracting new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Problem Solving Ability: Strategic thinking and quick decision making.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work during peak hours and handle pressure.
