Job Description

  • Vacancy for a specialist in brand building, marketing and sales with experience in development, full time, to work in our team in Dubai.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Strategy development: creating a full spectrum marketing strategy for project promotion (from sales launch to commissioning).
  • Contractor management: briefing and overseeing advertising agencies and production studios, budget control.
  • Demand generation: organizing events, PR activities, and reputation management.
  • Interaction with sales department: providing quality leads, developing scripts, conducting project presentations.

Qualification Requirements

  • Analytical mindset: ability to work with large data sets and make decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
  • Adaptability: high speed of reaction to market changes (changes in mortgage rates, new trends).
  • Creativity: ability to find non standard solutions for promotion that stand out from competitors.
  • Result orientation: focus on closing deals, not just reach.
  • AI in marketing: use of neural networks for content generation and customer behavior analysis.
  • Digitalization of sales: experience in implementing online booking and electronic transaction registration.
  • Eco approach: ability to communicate sustainable development and environmental values in communications.
  • Higher education (marketing, economics, management, PR and advertising, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proven sales success and ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience training and mentoring sales teams to improve performance.
