Overview

  • We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience in construction and development, and Russian language proficiency, working at the intersection of marketing and product development.

Main Tasks

  • Conduct customer, agent, and market research
  • Conduct in depth interviews to identify audience needs
  • Analyze competitors and best global practices
  • Formulate company and project positioning
  • Participate in product and service creation
  • Develop brand value system and ways to prove it
  • Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and recommendations
  • Participate in product strategy development
  • Create go to market strategies for new products
  • Develop marketing materials and train sales team
  • Analyze product metrics and improve user experience

Key Competencies

  • Analytical thinking
  • Understanding of product lifecycle
  • Skills in conducting customer interviews
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data

Qualifications

  • Higher education in marketing, branding, communications, sociology, psychology, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in branding agency, marketing bureau, consulting, research company, or strategic marketing role
  • Experience conducting research, interviews, and audience analysis
  • Ability to structure information and draw conclusions
  • Ability to defend position and argue convincingly
  • Interest in creating products, services, and brands

Hard Skills

  • Understanding of classic marketing (4P)
  • Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica
  • CRM systems and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Direct)
  • Basic copywriting and design skills (Figma, Canva) or ability to set clear briefs

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mindset and numerical ability
  • Communication and teamwork
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, development, hospitality, or service companies
  • Experience developing positioning, brand platform, or customer experience
  • Experience in launching new products or companies
