Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Customer Service Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming inquiries, support clients in selecting and managing domestic workers, and provide clear information about services, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Daily tasks include responding to phone calls and walk in clients, resolving issues, following up on client requests, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
  • The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to continuous improvement of service standards.
  • The successful candidate will represent the company in a professional manner and uphold Smart Global’s values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and assist clients effectively.
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow up and problem solving.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • UAE National (Emirati) with a professional demeanor and client focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, recruitment services, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or client management systems.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple
