Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Customer Service Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming inquiries, support clients in selecting and managing domestic workers, and provide clear information about services, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Daily tasks include responding to phone calls and walk in clients, resolving issues, following up on client requests, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
- The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to continuous improvement of service standards.
- The successful candidate will represent the company in a professional manner and uphold Smart Global’s values in all client interactions.
Qualifications
