- Operations management skills to plan schedules, optimize resources, maintain records, and meet targets
- Ability to work on site in Dubai with flexibility for emergencies and after hours situations
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and health and safety standards is highly beneficial
- Previous experience in camp management, facilities management, hospitality, or workforce accommodation preferred
- Basic computer skills for record keeping, reporting, and communication (e.g., MS Office)
- Relevant diploma or degree in management, hospitality, or related field is an advantage

Role Description
- The Camp Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing daily camp operations for domestic workers.
