About the Role
Farben seeks a Country Head/Representative for the Middle East to drive sales of IT services to local banks and financial institutions. The role involves client acquisition, contract negotiation, and ensuring local compliance.

Responsibilities
- Leverage existing client resources in Middle East local banks/financial institutions to directly reach key decision makers such as CIO, CTO, IT procurement heads, digital transformation heads
- Sell services including manpower outsourcing, project based development, system maintenance and technical support, and testing services
- Lead bidding and commercial negotiations; prepare tender documents, price negotiations, and contract terms (SLA, confidentiality, IP ownership)
- Drive annual framework agreements with large bank clients for manpower outsourcing or vendor panel access to ensure recurring purchases
- Ensure local operations comply with labor law, tax law, and free zone regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of work experience in the Middle East, with at least 3 years in IT services/software outsourcing/system integration sales
- Fluent English (business negotiation level)

岗位职责
- 客户销售与合同转化和客户攻坚:利用在中东本地银行/金融机构的现有客户资源,直接触达CIO、CTO、IT采购负责人、数字化转型负责人等关键决策链。重点客户对象包括:本地商业银行、伊斯兰银行、金融科技公司、支付机构、交易所及监管机构技术部门。
- 服务售卖包含但不限于人力外包服务、项目制开发、系统维保与技术支持、测试服务。
- 招投标与商务谈判;熟悉金融行业IT采购流程(RFP/RFQ)、供应商准入要求(如信息安全认证、本地实体要求)。主导投标文件准备、价格谈判、合同条款(SLA、保密协议、知识产权归属)的敲定。
- 年度框架协议;推动与大型银行客户签订年度人力外包框架协议或Vendor Panel准入,实现持续复购。
- 合规运营:确保公司在当地的运营符合劳动法、税法及自由区规定。
任职资格
- 学历:本科及以上,专业不限。
- 5年以上中东地区工作经验,其中至少3年以上IT服务/软件外包/系统集成行业销售经验。
- 语言:英语流利(商务谈判级)。阿拉伯语为加分项。
加分项
- 熟悉了解银行核心系统、支付系统、反洗钱系统、信贷系统等领域。
- 中国籍候选人具备华为、中国软件出海公司中东金融客户线经历。
