About the Role
岗位职责： 1、按照质控监控方案要求进行数据监控与分析，输出监控报告； 2、识别并主动预警运营风险，提示运营部门提前规避； 3、协同运营进行问题定位与诊断，提供运营改善建议，形成改善计划并监督运营改善落地； 4、收集并挖掘运营质量管理的改善机会点，参与改善建议与方案的讨论； 5、收集仓库数据监控需求，设计数据监控模板，提交监控报表开发需求。 任职要求： 1、学历专业：大专及以上学历，物流管理、统计学等相关专业； 2、工作经验：0\-2年左右相关工作经验； 3、知识技能：熟练使用excel、SQL等数据分析工具优先； 4、素质能力：逻辑能力、沟通能力和数据分析能力、英文能力。
