المؤهلات والخبرات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الموارد البشرية، منها 3 سنوات في دور إداري.
- معرفة قوية بالتوظيف والتدريب وإدارة الأداء والعلاقات الوظيفية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
