About the Role
Gulf Colours is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, minimum 10 years of HR experience including 3 years in a managerial role, and in-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with corporate goals
- Oversee recruitment, sourcing, and selection processes to attract top talent
- Manage personnel administration, payroll, leaves, and performance appraisal systems
- Create training programs, career development paths, and capacity building initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with the Qatar Labor Law and all related government regulations
- Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle workplace disputes
- Provide expert counsel to executive management on all HR related matters
- Prepare periodic HR reports and track departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- In depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, Ministry of Labour procedures, and residency/visa regulations
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in HRIS and administrative reporting

Overview
- A leading company in the State of Qatar is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team.
