About the Role
Provide technical expertise and lead the design and execution of corporate culture and employee well-being initiatives.
Ensure initiatives align with organizational values and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the annual organizational culture plan.
- Develop value-driven initiatives, internal messaging, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Analyze results, identify culture gaps, and coordinate findings with Human Resources.
- Prepare and execute culture improvement plans with organizational units.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Skills and Competencies
- Organizational culture development and employee well-being and engagement.
- Initiative design and implementation, internal communications, and engagement campaigns.
- Data analysis and gap identification.
- Strategic thinking, results achievement, innovation, change enablement, and talent nurturing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
