About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute recommendations to the operational plan and budget for the supervised activity.
• Execute the operational plan, monitor expenditure, track KPIs, and review completion rates.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and participate in selecting and recruiting team members with Human Resources.
• Supervise the annual performance management cycle from goal setting to evaluation.
• Oversee annual training needs analysis using organizational input and competency assessments.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs using digital and blended learning.
• Manage training, performance management, succession programs, and individual development plans based on career pathways.
• Oversee succession planning for critical roles identified by the Information Security and Business Continuity office.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
