About the Role
The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority seeks an Investigator to deter financial and administrative corruption and recover public funds. The role involves conducting investigations, examining records, interviewing witnesses, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into financial and administrative corruption in accordance with IACS policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Asset Recovery and Special Examination Division for computer forensics and forensic accounting services
- Prepare official correspondence to administrative and judicial authorities regarding required precautionary measures
- Recommend protection for whistleblowers/witnesses and seek approval from the relevant authority
- Communicate with relevant authorities and law enforcement bodies regarding financial and administrative corruption
- Examine documents, records including banking and financial records, and other documentary evidence
- Conduct background checks on individuals and organizations under investigation
- Conduct searches of persons and/or premises under a warrant from the competent Public Prosecution
- Interview witnesses and subjects under investigation to gather evidence
- Manage the security and storage of information, evidence, and documents obtained during the investigation
- Prepare reports on the progress and results of investigations with findings and recommendations
- Report and recommend investigation documents to the Public Prosecution if evidence of criminal offense is revealed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Law, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or other related discipline
- 4 6 years of relevant experience in investigative work
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Preferred: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Preferred: Experience with an anti corruption agency, law enforcement organization, or audit authority in the UAE

- إجراء التحقيقات لردع الفساد المالي والإداري واسترداد الأموال العامة المستولى عليها بطرق غير مشروعة مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة والإجراءات بما يتوافق مع القوانين الاتحادية والمحلية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسياسات وإجراءات قطاع النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد (IACS).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث السياسة والإجراءات اليدوية المتعلقة بالقسم.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث الخطط الاستراتيجية والميزانية والمشتريات والخطط التشغيلية للأقسام.
- المساعدة في تطوير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للقسم.
- إجراء تحقيق في الفساد المالي والإداري وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات قطاع النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع قسم التحليل والفحص الخاص لاسترداد الأصول ولتوفير خدمات الطب الشرعي الحاسوبي والمحاسبة الجنائية.
- إعداد المراسلات الرسمية للسلطات الإدارية والقضائية بالإجراءات الوقائية المطلوبة.
- التوصية بحماية المبلغين عن المخالفات/الشهود بناءً على الطلب.
- التواصل مع الجهات المعنية وهيئات إنفاذ القانون ذات الصلة.
- فحص الوثائق والسجلات بما في ذلك السجلات المصرفية والمالية.
- إجراء فحص السجلات باستخدام نظام إدارة السجلات (RMS).
- إجراء بحث في خلفية الأفراد والمنظمات التي هي موضوع التحقيق.
- إجراء تفتيش الأشخاص و/أو المباني، بموجب أمر صادر عن النيابة العامة المختصة.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل في القانون، العدالة الجنائية، المحاسبة أو تخصص آخر ذي صلة.
- 4 6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في الأعمال التحقيقية.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مدقق احتيال معتمد (CFE) (مفضل).
- يفضل الخبرة مع وكالة لمكافحة الفساد، أو منظمة لإنفاذ القانون، أو هيئة تدقيق في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
