Job Overview

  • Supports operational efficiency by developing intelligent technology solutions and maintaining high standards for systems, software, and applications. General Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual strategic and operational work plans for the department, including KPIs, projects, initiatives, activities, and risk registers.
  • Contribute to the preparation, review, and update of regulations and policies relevant to the organizational unit.
  • Prepare financial budget and procurement plans for the department and monitor expenditures.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic and operational projects according to approved work plans.
  • Follow up on the execution of service contracts related to the department's tasks and responsibilities.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by leadership within the scope of the department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred).

Operational Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide smart technology solutions and applications to facilitate and improve entity operations.
  • Set standard specifications for systems, software, and applications in line with global best practices.
  • Monitor, update, and develop systems, software, and applications to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Coordinate with organizational units to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Train users on systems and applications through workshops and prepare user manuals.
  • Test software and applications to ensure efficient and effective operation before delivery.
  • Ensure the final interface meets user requirements and reflects entity identity.
  • Enable organizational units to understand technical systems, development processes, and governance practices.
  • Develop a business continuity plan for systems, software, and applications in case of disruption.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners to ensure advanced solutions.
