Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end jewelry production, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities in the workshop
- Manage production staff, assign workloads, monitor output, and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards and safety procedures
- Work closely with design, sales, and procurement teams to translate product concepts into production ready pieces
- Optimize material usage and maintain inventory levels for ongoing and new collections
- Track production KPIs, resolve operational issues, and improve processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in jewelry manufacturing or production management, including hands on familiarity with gold, precious stones, and fine craftsmanship processes
- Skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Team leadership and people management abilities, including supervising artisans and technicians
- Quality control and attention to detail, with experience implementing standards for finishing, setting, and overall product consistency
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management related to jewelry materials, tools, and equipment maintenance
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with design, retail, and procurement teams
- Experience in the Middle East jewelry market or luxury retail manufacturing is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer and production tracking tools

Role Description
- The Jewellery Production Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role oversees end to end jewelry production, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities in the workshop to meet quality, design, and delivery targets.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in jewelry manufacturing or production management, including hands on familiarity with gold, precious stones, and fine craftsmanship processes.
- Skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines effectively.
- Team leadership and people management abilities, including supervising artisans and technicians, coaching staff, and fostering a collaborative workshop environment.
- Quality control and attention to detail, with experience implementing standards for finishing, setting, and overall product consistency.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management related to jewelry materials, tools, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with design, retail, and procurement teams, and to document production processes clearly.
- Experience in the Middle East jewelry market or luxury retail manufacturing is an advantage.
- Prefer a proficiency in computer and production tracking tools.
