- Oversee end to end jewelry production, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities
- Manage production staff, assign workloads, monitor output, and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards and safety procedures
- Work closely with design, sales, and procurement teams to translate product concepts into production ready pieces
- Optimize material usage and maintain inventory levels for ongoing and new collections
- Track production KPIs, resolve operational issues, and improve processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in jewelry manufacturing or production management
- Skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Team leadership and people management abilities
- Quality control and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management related to jewelry materials
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in the Middle East jewelry market or luxury retail manufacturing is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer and production tracking tools

Role Description
- The Jewellery Production Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The role oversees end to end jewelry production, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities.
- Daily responsibilities include managing production staff, assigning workloads, monitoring output, and ensuring adherence to craftsmanship standards and safety procedures.
- The manager works closely with design, sales, and procurement teams to translate product concepts into production ready pieces.
- The role also involves tracking production KPIs, resolving operational issues, improving processes, and ensuring alignment with brand expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in jewelry manufacturing or production management.
- Skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Team leadership and people management abilities.
- Quality control and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management related to jewelry materials.
