Responsibilities
- Repair and alter fine jewelry across platinum, gold, silver, and specialty materials
- Perform advanced techniques such as soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and stone setting
- Conduct engraving and embossing using specialized machinery
- Provide watch services including battery replacement, strap adjustments, and bracelet sizing
- Manage repair orders, parts inventory, and process through internal systems
- Collaborate with sales teams and occasionally engage with clients
- Maintain strict workshop safety standards
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in jewelry craftsmanship and repair techniques
- Solid knowledge of metal assay and gemstone identification
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to balance hands on work with administrative responsibilities
- Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional weekend shifts

What You’ll Do
