- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Create, manage, and optimize workflows using Orkes Conductor
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and external services
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product
- Write unit, integration, and system tests
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability
- Provide L2/L3 support for Java microservices and Conductor workflows
- Monitor system health, performance, and logs; set up alerts and dashboards
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, investigate root causes, and provide fixes or workarounds
- Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams for deployment and scaling strategies
- Participate in on call rotations to ensure high system availability

Overview
- We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands on experience in Orkes Conductor (or Netflix Conductor) to help us build and maintain scalable, reliable workflow orchestration systems.
