• A Java Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains Java-based applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications for web, mobile, cloud, or enterprise platforms
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze user requirements to define application objectives, functionality, and alignment with business goals
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure software quality
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides for applications
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, testers, and architects to integrate Java solutions into broader systems
• Code Optimization: Write reusable, efficient, and maintainable Java code, and suggest improvements to existing systems
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks, libraries (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, J2EE), and industry best practices

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming (OOP), and familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
