Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement IT infrastructure solutions including firewalls, servers, storage, Wi Fi, IP telephony, CCTV, access control, and networking
- Conduct customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements
- Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, BOMs, presentations, and proof of concepts
- Present new technologies and identify opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle from solution design to project handover
- Provide technical demonstrations and address customer queries
- Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends
- Complete and maintain vendor certifications as required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking
- Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting multiple IT solutions
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer facing skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Self motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently and within a team
- Relevant vendor certifications are an advantage

- Design, configure, and implement IT infrastructure solutions including Next Generation Firewalls, Servers & Storage, Enterprise Wi Fi, IP Telephony, CCTV, Access Control, and Networking
- Conduct customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements
- Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, BOMs, presentations, and proof of concepts
- Present new technologies and innovative solutions to existing customers while identifying growth opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle
- Provide technical demonstrations and confidently address customer queries
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Complete and maintain vendor certifications across multiple technology brands
Requirements
