- Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales or technology solution sales
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and enterprise solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
- Valid driving license preferred

Overview
- SAPIR Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Specialist to join its Technology Division.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and management of client relationships, while delivering tailored IT solutions that address complex business requirements.
- This role requires a consultative sales professional with strong market awareness, proven sales performance, and the ability to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain long term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct in depth needs assessments to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Collaborate closely with technical and presales teams to design, propose, and deliver customized IT solutions. Present technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure SAPIR Technology’s solutions remain relevant and competitive.
- Sales Pipeline & Performance Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Business Development & Networking: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand professional networks and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of proven experience in IT sales or technology solution sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and enterprise solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- High level of self motivation, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Valid driving license (preferred).
