Overview

  • SAPIR Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Specialist to join its Technology Division.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and management of client relationships, while delivering tailored IT solutions that address complex business requirements.
  • This role requires a consultative sales professional with strong market awareness, proven sales performance, and the ability to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain long term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct in depth needs assessments to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Collaborate closely with technical and presales teams to design, propose, and deliver customized IT solutions. Present technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Market & Industry Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure SAPIR Technology’s solutions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Sales Pipeline & Performance Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Business Development & Networking: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand professional networks and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of proven experience in IT sales or technology solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and enterprise solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • High level of self motivation, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Valid driving license (preferred).

Compensation

  • Pay: QAR 3,000 QAR 4,000 per month
