Responsibilities
- Assign development tasks to backend, frontend, and mobile development teams
- Track development progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Monitor CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes
- Manage and oversee containerized environments using Docker
- Prepare and present weekly progress and technical status reports to CTO and management
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles
- Proven experience leading cross functional development teams (frontend, backend, and mobile)
- Strong hands on experience with Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, and TypeScript
- Experience managing development workflows, deployments, and production environments
- Strong problem solving, communication, and team leadership skills
- Arabic speaker

Role Purpose
- The IT Team Leader leads daily technical execution of development activities and ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Role Nature
- Operational leadership role with strong hands on involvement.
- Closely engaged with development activities and codebase.
- Responsible for daily task assignment, monitoring, and follow ups.
- Ensures delivery quality, technical alignment, and team productivity.
- Reports directly to the CTO and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Technical Execution: Assign tasks, track progress, manage priorities, coordinate cross functionally.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, resolve challenges, ensure alignment with architecture.
- Technical Operations: Monitor CI/CD, manage Docker environments, ensure performance/scalability, report progress.
