Northern Star Resources currently has an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Analyst to join the team at our head office in Subiaco, working Monday to Friday on a permanent and full-time basis. Reporting to the IT Systems Lead, you will maintain and enhance critical IT infrastructure, including servers, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications, while delivering small to medium-scale IT projects to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services across the business.

Deliver exceptional IT support and customer service to employees and contractors.

Monitor and manage Service Desk requests, incidents, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.

Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure services, servers, networks, end-user computing devices, and business applications.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and end-user computing issues.

Plan and deliver IT projects, including system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and new technology deployments.

Maintain cybersecurity best practices, secure password management, and compliance with company standards.

Manage IT assets, procurement, monitoring systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
