Job Summary
DigiTriz, part of Kayzan Group, is seeking an IT Systems Engineer.
The role manages and maintains IT systems, servers, websites, email infrastructure, hardware, and network infrastructure.
The position requires hands-on systems administration and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems, computers, servers, hardware, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage web servers and email servers, including performance, availability, security, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and manage company websites for performance, availability, and functionality.
- Provide employee IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor performance, respond to failures, maintain backups and recovery procedures, and document IT environments.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and keep systems secure, reliable, and operational.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer, System Administrator, IT Engineer, or similar.
- Strong system and hardware maintenance knowledge and hands-on web server management experience.
- Good email server management and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience managing websites and strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Server administration and virtualization experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of network security, firewall management, backup and disaster recovery, website hosting platforms, server monitoring tools, and cybersecurity best practices is preferred.
- UAE work experience is an advantage.

- Work location is in person.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,007.15–AED 9,437.85 per month.
- Salary is described as competitive based on experience and technical skills.
