DigiTriz, part of Kayzan Group, is hiring an IT Systems Engineer to manage and maintain IT systems, servers, websites, email infrastructure, hardware, and networks.
The role is full-time and requires in-person work in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company systems, computers, servers, hardware, web servers, email systems, and websites.
- Perform maintenance, updates, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain backups, system security, recovery procedures, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and keep infrastructure secure, reliable, and operational.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer, System Administrator, IT Engineer, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of system maintenance, hardware maintenance, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on web server management and email server management and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience monitoring and managing websites.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, communication and coordination skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Server administration and virtualization experience is preferred.
- Network security, firewall management, backup and disaster recovery, hosting platforms, server monitoring tools, and cybersecurity knowledge are preferred.
