YouTrip is hiring an IT System Administrator to provide employee IT setup and technical support.
The role covers IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, office networks, vendors, and information security.
Workplace and department
- The role is full-time and based on-site in Chennai, India.
- The position sits within the Information Technology department.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, SaaS applications, and internal applications.
- Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues and manage support tickets.
- Monitor network and system performance, network security, and security logs.
- Create accounts and set up hardware for new hires.
- Train users on new hardware and software.
- Support office audio and video equipment and printers.
- Manage corporate asset lifecycles, purchase forecasts, and inventory records.
- Support office network equipment setup and optimization and resolve network and ISP issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on technical issues.
- Support information security audits.
