Role Overview

The position is based onsite at the company’s Frenchs Forest, New South Wales offices and includes occasional travel to an Arndell Park warehouse and interstate locations.

Role overview
The role is an IT Support Specialist position serving the ANZ region as part of a regional APAC team.
The position is based onsite at the company’s Frenchs Forest, New South Wales offices and includes occasional travel to an Arndell Park warehouse and interstate locations.
The specialist will be the first point of contact for Australian IT queries and will provide customer-facing support to staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, software, and other technology resources.
- Support product and operating system installations, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
- Perform equipment install, move, add, and change processes.
- Manage IT and business projects, project meetings, status communication, documentation, and training.
- Oversee outsourced end-user support vendors across the ANZ region.
- Research technology options and recommend system, hardware, and software changes.
- Support complex application, system, database, and technical product issues under service level agreements.
- Provide phone support, monitor tickets, and escalate urgent issues according to SLAs.
- Work with Network and Data Centre Analysts on projects and provide occasional network and systems support.
