- Provide day to day IT support for office systems, computers, networks, and software
- Manage and troubleshoot live selling equipment and technical issues
- Create and manage social media content across our platforms
- Design marketing posts, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with website updates and online store management
- Support digital marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements
- Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Experience with websites, e commerce, or live selling is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
