Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Explain jewellery details including design, weight, purity, and pricing clearly
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support efficiently
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and display standards
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and security of jewellery items
• Assist in billing coordination and payment processing (cash, card, online)
• Collect and maintain customer information in line with KYC requirements
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Support daily showroom operations and ensure a smooth customer journey

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or jewellery retail preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
• Basic knowledge of gold jewellery, pricing, and purity (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with billing systems and payment methods
• Trustworthy, reliable, and team-oriented
