Role Overview
The role combines ERP user support, SQL programming, debugging, development, and IT operations assistance.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience are stated in the role description.
- Programming and development experience is listed as 3 years in the experience requirement.
- Programming knowledge in MS SQL is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Application or a Bachelor of Technology/Engineering is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to ERP users.
- Debug and develop code.
- Proactively monitor issues and take remedial action on escalations.
- Guide continuous improvement activities.
- Help maintain IT security governance.
- Assist with IT infrastructure management.
- Assist with employee onboarding for IT systems.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying up to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
