Role Overview
Manage IT infrastructure, IT purchases, assets, SQL programming, and helpdesk deployment.
Support IT security governance, monitoring, continuous improvement, and employee onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Support Capex and Opex budget preparation, IT purchases, and asset management.
- Help deploy a helpdesk system.
- Monitor systems proactively and take remedial action on escalations.
- Provide guidance for continuous improvements.
- Help maintain IT security governance.
- Assist with IT infrastructure management and employee onboarding with IT systems.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of infrastructure management experience.
- Programming knowledge in MS SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Technology/Engineering.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
