- Provide day to day technical support to internal users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across desktop computers and related peripherals
- Handle printer support, basic network connectivity issues, and routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely
- Log support tickets, document solutions, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
- Maintain a professional and service oriented approach
Requirements
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently
- Solid understanding of core information technology concepts, including operating systems and basic network fundamentals
- Hands on experience supporting desktop computers, including hardware setup, software installation, and configuration
- Practical skills in printer support, including installation, connectivity, and resolving common printing errors
- Relevant certification or coursework in IT, computer science, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is beneficial
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively in a part time hybrid environment, and communicate clearly with non technical users
- Experience working in fast paced or technology driven environments, ideally within fintech, crypto, or related sectors, is a plus

Role Description
- The IT Support Officer role at Cipher Cube is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
