- Oversee daily e commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and order processing
- Monitor website performance and sales metrics, optimizing customer journeys
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to drive conversions and improve user experience
- Support business planning for online sales and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and escalations
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, refine operational processes, and contribute to growth

- The Ecommerce Manager role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The individual will oversee daily e commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and order processing across online platforms.
