The Role
Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT requests, and help maintain business systems and digital tools.
The role supports a smooth, efficient, secure, and responsive digital working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees and users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Manage accounts, permissions, access requests, Microsoft 365, business applications, and support tickets.
- Document issues, solutions, procedures, and recurring problems.
- Assist with updates, maintenance, cybersecurity requirements, and employee onboarding or offboarding.
- Escalate complex issues and recommend technical improvements.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking is required.
