Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Associate will support digital campaigns, social media, content, email marketing, online advertising, and performance reporting.
The role supports stronger online visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update social media channels and digital platforms.
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Assist with SEO and SEM activities to improve online visibility.
- Monitor paid advertising campaigns and track performance.
- Research market trends, competitors, audiences, and digital opportunities.
- Track website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external partners.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct basic A/B testing and campaign optimization.
