Position overview
Provide reliable IT support across multiple food and beverage branches.
The role requires experience with POS systems, system integration, CCTV management, and hardware and software troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to all branches.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems.
- Handle integrations between POS, inventory, and reporting platforms.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving PCs, printers, routers, and network devices.
- Support LAN/WAN network setup and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Assist with IT setup for new branch openings.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets and configurations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of IT experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and backend configuration.
- Experience with system integration and API-based platforms.
- Experience with CCTV installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in hardware and software diagnostics.
- Basic networking knowledge covering routers, switches, and cabling.
