Role Overview
The employer is seeking an HR Practitioner with hands-on experience across payroll and WPS processing, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, recruitment, performance management, and general HR operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Qatar.
- Solid practical experience across multiple HR functions.
- Proven background in employee relations and managing disciplinary actions.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Candidates currently in Qatar are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and WPS submissions accurately and on time.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Implement disciplinary procedures in alignment with Qatar Labour Law.
- Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Support daily HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
