- Support networking infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi Fi
- Use ticketing systems to track and resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles
- Hands on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi Fi
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills
