About the Role
Blue Chip Computer Systems is hiring an IT Support Engineer L2 for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, hardware, software, and networking. The role requires experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, and desktop/laptop support.

Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows based operating systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software application problems
- Configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptops for L1 & L2 backup and recovery
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and LAN related issues
- Install and configure wireless data cards in users laptops
- Perform Active Directory user creation and deletion
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route
Requirements
- Experience with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 installation and configuration
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems
- Knowledge of Active Directory user creation and deletion
- Experience with TCP/IP and Internet setup

Job Description
- Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows Xp, Vista,7&8)
- Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
- Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1& L2 backup and recovery.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues reported by users
- Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops.
- Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
- Trouble shooting hardware, software & networking problems.
Pay
- AED 4,000 5,000 per month
