- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure system reliability
- Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions
- Perform regular software updates, system backups, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and technical support when required
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, antivirus management, and data backup procedures
- Experience with network devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
