· Employment Type: Full Time.

· Education: Bachelor of Information Technology or similar major

· Experience: 3 years minimum in same position in F & B field.

Technical Responsibilities

  • **Systems Management**
  • · Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems, ERP system, inventory, reservations, and kitchen display systems.
  • · Maintain integration between front-of-house and back-of-house systems.
  • **Infrastructure Maintenance**
  • · Manage servers, network connectivity, and hardware/software for F&B operations.
  • · Ensure reliable internet, Wi-Fi, and data storage.
  • **Software Implementation & Upgrades**
  • · Recommend, test, and roll out new software solutions for menus, ordering, CRM, and analytics.
  • · Train staff on new systems and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Security and Compliance
  • **Data Security**
  • · Ensure secure handling of customer data, payment information, and internal records.
  • · Implement firewalls, antivirus, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • **Regulatory Compliance**
  • · Ensure systems comply with local health and safety, financial, and data protection laws

Data & Analytics

  • **Reporting and Business Intelligence**
  • · Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales, customer behaviour, inventory, and performance.
  • · Help management make data-driven decisions.

7. Cost Control & Efficiency

  • · Use technology to support operations / cost controller / system admin to streamline process flow.
  • Teamwork and Communication
  • **Vendor and Staff Coordination**
  • · Liaise with software vendors and service providers for support and updates.
  • · Work closely with operations, kitchen, and finance teams.
  • **User Support & Training**
  • · Provide technical support for system issues across all F&B departments.
  • · Conduct IT training and refreshers for F&B staff.

Strategic Development

  • **Innovation and Digital Strategy**
  • · Lead digital transformation projects such as mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, or AI-powered menu systems.
  • · Stay updated on F&B tech trends and recommend relevant solutions.

Skills Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience with, POS Systems, ERP system, cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
