Job Overview
Ninja is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support day-to-day operations, manage incidents, and coordinate with IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical background, good communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents.
- Coordinate with IT Support, Network, Store Operations, and resolver teams.
- Monitor incident progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate incident updates to affected users and stakeholders.
- Escalate incidents at risk of SLA breach to the Incident Manager.
- Maintain accurate incident records and ITSM documentation.
- Support incident reporting, trend analysis, and problem management activities.
Requirements
- Basic technical background
- Good communication skills
- Passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues
