Role Overview
Absolute Security is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to employees around the world.
The role is based from the downtown Vancouver office two to three days per week in a hybrid arrangement and reports to the IT Helpdesk Manager.
What You Will Do
- Provide employee IT support and manage the support ticket queue while meeting SLAs and following best practices.
- Support macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android environments.
- Set up, upgrade, and replace laptops, phones, and other equipment.
- Participate in project work and maintain clear, current IT documentation.
- Maintain organized hardware and software inventory.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
- Protect company and customer security and privacy.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Have 2–5 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Have knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android or iOS, and Microsoft Office including Microsoft 365.
- Have experience with a ticketing system, Active Directory, and Exchange administration.
- Have formal IT training or education.
- Be able to research and troubleshoot difficult problems.
