About the Role
CMS MENA is looking for an IT Support Analyst in Riyadh to install, maintain, and repair computer systems and equipment. The role includes asset control, hardware support, network troubleshooting, and vendor liaison.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair computer systems and equipment
- Responsible for asset control and stock ordering of devices
- Assist users with hardware issuing or replacement
- Ensure issues and support requests are resolved within defined SLA
- Document issues and support requests within the ITSM tool
- Send devices off to repair and liaise with vendor
- Perform hardware maintenance and assisted troubleshooting of Storage Controllers and Server Controllers
- Perform physical daily checks of system hardware health
- Troubleshoot onsite wireless issues and deployments
- Chaperone vendors during maintenance work
- Participate in project work, including non business hour deployments
Requirements
- Must have both English and Arabic language skills
- Must have at least 2+ years’ experience with Windows operating systems and hardware in a computer support related setting
- Proficiency in network skills
- Prior experience with a ticketing system strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of ITIL service management highly advantageous
- Knowledge of AV systems and telecommunications beneficial

About The Role
- As an IT Support Analyst, you will install, maintain, and repair computer systems and equipment.
- You will also provide routine technical support and checks assisting the wider teams to ensure continuous availability of IT network, infrastructure, and equipment within SLA.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for asset control and stock ordering of devices as required.
- Assist users with hardware issuing or replacement as required.
- Ensure issues and support requests are resolved within defined SLA.
- Ensure issues and support requests are documented within the ITSM tool.
- Send devices off to repair and liaise with vendor.
- Adhering to processes and procedures.
- Mobile phones setup.
- Hardware refreshes.
- Provide additional support to client and internal meeting rooms.
- Daily Backup Tape Changes.
- Hardware maintenance and assisted troubleshooting of Storage Controllers and Server Controllers.
- Replacement of Storage Disks and Server Blades as and when required.
About You
- Must have both English and Arabic language skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
- Broad software application skills desired.
- Demonstrated ability to master new software applications and technologies.
- Prior experience with a ticketing system strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in network skills.
- Must have at least 2+ years’ experience with Windows operating systems and hardware in a computer support related setting.
- Working knowledge of ITIL service management and its processes is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of AV systems and telecommunications would be beneficial.
