Job Description
Provide IT support for the employer's Qatar operations.
The role covers help desk, service desk, and desktop support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Four years of experience in IT help desk, service desk, or desktop support roles.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 11.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory Users & Computers, and Azure Entra ID.
- Windows 11 support, endpoint patching and updates, and Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer management, backup monitoring and recovery.
- User access management, computer account management, and IT asset management.
Language Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are mandatory.
