About the Role
Al Jazeera Medical Center is seeking an IT Specialist to manage technology infrastructure across multiple branches in Qatar. The role involves network and server administration, EHR system support, CCTV maintenance, and user support.

Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure across all branches including networks, servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Manage Microsoft Office 365/Exchange environments and administer servers, backup systems, and EHR/HIS access points
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and physical security access controls
- Manage fingerprint attendance systems and generate attendance reports for HR
- Maintain internal communication systems including PABX and VoIP infrastructure
- Execute backup protocols, manage data protection, and lead system recovery efforts
- Provide first and second line technical support to medical staff and administrative personnel
- Travel between branches to provide on site technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of demonstrable experience in IT and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and domain administration
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Administration
- Solid background in network management (LAN/WLAN, firewalls, routing) and information security
- Practical experience with fingerprint/biometric attendance systems and CCTV configuration
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between branches
- Experience in healthcare or medical environment preferred

Qualifications and Experience
